Account & Operations Specialist (E-Commerce + Accounts Receivable)

Position Overview

MHI Brands is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to support multi-division operations including accounting coordination, e-commerce administration, marketing support, and general business operations. The position works closely with Accounting, Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

  • Support AR/AP coordination and assist with invoice verification, payment tracking, and reconciliation

E-Commerce Operations

  • Support daily operations for Amazon and other online marketplaces/portals (Walmart, Walgreens, etc.)
  • Monitor listings, pricing updates, and inventory levels
  • Assist in product uploads, variation setup, and backend optimization
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse teams
  • Review sales performance reports and assist in data analysis

General Operations Support

  • Assist multiple business divisions with administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication
  • Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
  • Perform other cross-functional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with E-Commerce marketplace/portals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP, reconciliation, financial reporting)
  • Experience with Sage or ERP systems HIGHLY advantageous
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central preferred)
