Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a well-organized and proactive Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide essential administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will represent the company with professionalism and warmth. You will also assist with day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth internal communication, document control, and scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative duties and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and courier deliveries, redirecting them appropriately.

  • Manage front desk and reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized space.

  • Maintain meeting room calendars and support scheduling and logistics.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue ID passes where necessary.

  • Coordinate office maintenance requests, stationery procurement, and vendor management.

  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining documents.

  • Support HR and Admin departments with routine documentation and coordination.

  • Prepare and maintain reports related to attendance, inventory, and front desk logs.

  • Assist with event coordination, meeting preparations, and hospitality arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Professional appearance, attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.

  • Prior experience in a corporate office environment is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: Monday to Saturday

  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Occasional overtime may be required for events or high-priority tasks.
