Amazon Delivery Driver - 4 Day Work Week + Benefits (No CDL Required)

Location: 8316 Allison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Compensation: $21.75-$23.00/hour plus weekly bonuses

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We're a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our Indianapolis team. Starting each day from our local warehouse, our drivers deliver smiles throughout the community while enjoying a compressed 4-day work week and comprehensive benefits package. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with consistent schedules and excellent earning potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Requirements for Delivery Drivers:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license (No CDL needed)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Comfortable working independently

Schedule Details:

  • 4-day work week
  • 10-hour shifts (40-hour weekly guarantee)
  • Consistent 11:40 AM start time
  • One weekend day required per week
  • No night shifts

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:

  • Begin your day at our Indianapolis warehouse
  • Operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle
  • Follow planned delivery routes
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work independently while meeting daily delivery goals
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
