The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide insights that support business goals and decision-making.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of BI outputs.

  • Support data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure performance and usability.

  • Present analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst or similar role in a data-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role, preferably within large or medium-sized companies.

  • Experience supporting multiple business functions with data-driven decision-making.

  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in agile or dynamic environments.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
