Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and subject-matter-driven professionals to join the prestigious Unacademy Stars Program as an Associate Educator. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live and interactive online classes for NEET, JEE, or UPSC aspirants.

  • Create high-quality, well-structured content such as practice questions, solutions, quizzes, and notes.

  • Use visual tools, digital boards, and student analytics to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Engage and mentor learners through comments, doubts, and regular feedback mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with content teams to constantly improve course structure and delivery.

  • Stay updated with the latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.

  • Attend regular training and upskilling sessions organized by Unacademy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (Science/Engineering for NEET & JEE, Humanities/General Studies for UPSC).

  • Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and/or Hindi.

  • Deep subject expertise in one or more of the following:

    • Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics (for NEET/JEE)

    • History, Polity, Geography, Economy, Current Affairs (for UPSC)

  • Comfortable with online tools such as Zoom, digital whiteboards, and LMS platforms.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts with real-world applications and examples.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of online or offline teaching experience is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and exceptional subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts based on teaching schedule.
