Job Description Are you passionate about balancing budgets and working with exciting new technology that will have a visible impact on commercial success? Join our marketing group as the budget operations & systems Associate Manager! In this temporary role, you'll work and learn alongside industry subject matter experts as we infuse our day-to-day lives with new systems and tech.

Note This temporary role is expected to last through February, 2027 according to business need.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and adoption of the Planini tool for the US Marketing team, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reporting, in collaboration with Marketing and Finance partners.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation to enable effective system onboarding and ongoing user support.
  • Help ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing financial data, identifying discrepancies and working with partners to resolve issues during close cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Global teams, helping to maintain alignment and communication during system and process changes.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in reporting, accruals, and system-related workflows.

This role plays a key part by ensuring our financial data is accurate, consistent, and ready to inform decisions. It also supports the rollout of a new financial reporting system—helping teams adopt the tool, troubleshoot issues, and establish effective ways of working. By strengthening reporting and enabling a smooth system transition, this role helps the organization plan smarter, track performance, and manage marketing investments with confidence. This role will help support the Manager of Marketing Planning during this system transition. Do you have what it takes!
  • Strong financial foundation, with experience supporting month-end and year-end close, accruals, and financial reporting, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with financial or planning systems, with a focus on maintaining reliable, consistent data.
  • Quick learner of systems and tools, with the ability to build confidence quickly and support others as new processes and platforms are introduced.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across Marketing, Finance, and other business teams to deliver shared outcomes.

Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.

The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
