You’ll work as part of a project team to build, test, and deploy automations while developing your expertise in UiPath technologies and AI-powered workflows.</p><h1><strong>What you'll do at UiPath</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the delivery of automation solutions in client engagements (onsite and remote).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable components with guidance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in building end-to-end automations integrating RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to document processing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding and IXP.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use UiPath Orchestrator to deploy, schedule, and monitor automations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help implement human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals and exception handling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor and maintain automations, implementing enhancements as needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support integrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply foundational prompt engineering techniques to support AI-driven workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adhere to UiPath policies and development standards.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>What you'll bring to the team</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> in software development, RPA, or a related technical field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle and automation concepts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with or interest in AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, object-oriented languages).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with APIs, databases, or system integrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to UiPath (Orchestrator, Document Understanding) or similar tools is a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic understanding of human-in-the-loop processes and automation best practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in learning when to apply rules-based vs. AI-driven automation approaches.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">#LI-RW1</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
