Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in a fully remote, home-based role. This position involves managing administrative and operational tasks behind the scenes with zero customer calls, allowing you to focus entirely on data accuracy, process support, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient with office software, and capable of multitasking efficiently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, data validation, and data management with high accuracy.

  • Manage and maintain digital records, files, and databases.

  • Support various back-office functions such as invoice processing, report generation, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Prepare and maintain logs, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.

  • Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending assignments to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.

Working Hours
