Bartender – Cocktail Bar (Central London) – £16/hr + Tips

We’re hiring Bartenders for a busy, high-energy cocktail bar. You will earn £16 per hour (including service charge) + additional tips.. . This is a fast-paced late-night venue, so we’re looking for people who are confident working under pressure and delivering great service consistently.. . **About the Role**. - Cocktail bartending + some floor service. - High-volume, late-night environment. - Strong teamwork and communication required. - Focus on speed, quality, and guest experience. . **About Us**. The Beachcomber is a tiki-style cocktail bar specialising in rum-based drinks, with a strong focus on Rhum Agricole and a lively late-night atmosphere. We are preparing for an early June opening, and are building the team ahead of launch.. . **Requirements**. - Previous bartending experience (cocktails preferred). - Comfortable working late nights (up to 2am). - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good attitude, reliable, and team-focused. - Confident spoken English. . **What We’re Looking For**. - Strong work ethic. - Positive attitude. - Good energy behind the bar. - Someone who can balance speed with quality. . **Important**.
