Call Center Associate – Work from Home, Day Shift

Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to work from home during day shifts, providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience that aligns with the companys commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, provide updates, and promote services or solutions.

  • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to deliver informed support.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate CRM software and multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely or independently is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

  • Day shift hours: Typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary slightly based on operational needs).

  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
