Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or leads.

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

  • Pitch products/services clearly and effectively to ensure customer interest and conversion.

  • Maintain records of calls and customer information in the company database.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Handle customer objections positively and convert leads into successful outcomes.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th pass) or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in spoken English and/or regional languages.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly tone over the phone.

  • A persuasive and confident approach to handling calls.

Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or telecalling will be preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
