Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating compelling visuals that resonate with digital audiences. As a Canva Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-impact posters, social media graphics, and branded content that aligns with our marketing strategies and business goals. You will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and brand managers to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging content using Canva, including posters, Instagram stories, carousels, reels thumbnails, Facebook posts, LinkedIn visuals, and more.

  • Translate marketing briefs into cohesive, on-brand visual content that drives engagement.

  • Ensure all designs align with Progressive Technologys brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across different digital platforms and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

  • Stay updated on design trends and implement fresh, innovative ideas to enhance content performance.

  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and projects for internal use.

  • Adapt existing designs for different platforms and formats as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva Pro is essential.

  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and branding.

  • Ability to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content specifications.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to design challenges.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design, social media content creation, or graphic design.

Working Hours
