Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CCM technology and proactively suggest improvements and updates to existing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation process. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth execution of projects. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of CCM solutions and make recommendations for enhancements or updates as needed. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to team members as needed. Stay updated on CCM market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business opportunities.
