We are seeking an experienced and dependable healthcare professional to join our team as a CNA Program Coordinator for a growing Nurse Aide Training Program. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of the CNA training program
  • Ensure compliance with state, DOE, DOL, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain student files, records, and required documentation
  • Assist with curriculum organization and program readiness
  • Coordinate instructors, schedules, and clinical placements
  • Support audits, renewals, reporting, and inspections
  • Help prepare for new student cohort launches
  • Maintain professional communication with staff and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
  • RN license preferred (active or prior experience strongly valued)
  • LPN with leadership/education experience may be considered
  • Experience in CNA training programs, nursing education, long-term care, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Former Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or similar leadership role highly valued
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
