Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.

  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is mandatory.

Experience
