Data Analyst – Predictive Dialer & Call Center Operations

$18–$21/hr + Benefits | Full-Time | In-Office Position

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2 Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and driven Data Analyst to join our fast-paced call center operations team. This is a critical role responsible for helping maximize campaign performance, maintaining accurate data, and providing reporting that directly impacts company success.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and manage predictive dialer performance and call volume
  • Create, launch, and optimize outbound calling campaigns
  • Verify and maintain phone number and campaign data accuracy
  • Analyze call center metrics and identify performance trends
  • Generate detailed agent productivity and operational reports
  • Work directly with leadership to improve campaign efficiency and results
  • Troubleshoot campaign and dialing issues as needed
  • Maintain organized reporting and database systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer and data analysis experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in call center operations or predictive dialer systems is a major plus
