Data Entry Specialist

at careerzynith, you will be the backbone of this process, ensuring that every piece of information is captured flawlessly and transformed into actionable insights. Your work directly impacts the speed and quality of service our clients receive, helping them make informed decisions that affect the health and wellbeing of countless individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential and private client information with the utmost discretion and security.
  • Transfer data from diverse sources (PDFs, scanned documents, emails, and proprietary systems) into standardized spreadsheets and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Utilize careerzynith’s proprietary quoting software to generate initial and renewal quote sheets for medical insurance policies.
  • Create and dispatch Sales Proposal documents through Salesforce and HelloSign, ensuring all required fields are completed and signatures obtained.
  • Verify that all necessary documentation for quoting is received; proactively communicate any missing or incomplete items to internal teams via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflow.
  • Participate in regular quality‑control audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data‑entry procedures and software tools.

Essential Qualifications
