Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our AI division as Data Labeling Specialists. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for candidates who are passionate about contributing to the development of next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems. As a Data Labeler, you will play a crucial role in training machine learning models by annotating text, images, audio, or video data according to specific project guidelines. No coding or technical background is required—only a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Label, annotate, and categorize large datasets (text, images, videos, audio) according to predefined instructions.

  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in labeling tasks, following quality standards.

  • Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines or tooling processes.

  • Collaborate with AI trainers, data scientists, and QA teams for task alignment and output validation.

  • Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay up to date with evolving project requirements.

  • Meet daily/weekly productivity targets and maintain work logs for progress tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.

  • Proficiency in English (reading and comprehension).

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with online annotation tools/platforms.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver consistently.

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop.

Experience

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

  • Previous work in data entry, content moderation, QA, or customer support is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts: Choose between part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).

  • Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a plus but not mandatory).

  • Work from the comfort of your home, with asynchronous task completion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High concentration for repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy under minimal supervision.
