Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a talented and detail-driven Digital Product Designer to lead the visual and UX design of our digital products across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing professionals to transform ideas into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will play a vital role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital solutions, ensuring seamless user interactions through beautifully crafted interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and usability principles.

  • Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

  • Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to maintain design consistency across products.

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement and refine design ideas based on user feedback.

  • Optimize designs based on performance data, user behavior analytics, and evolving requirements.

  • Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and maintain documentation for development teams.

  • Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required for development, but helpful for collaboration).

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital product or interface design.

  • Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours with core availability between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

  • 100% Remote, with occasional virtual team meetings and design reviews.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

  • Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into intuitive visual designs.

  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
