Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is actively hiring enthusiastic and dependable individuals for the role of Entry‑Level Production Packaging Operative for our clients fast-paced manufacturing unit in the UK. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in production and packaging, especially those seeking visa sponsorship for a fresh start in the UK. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment as per training guidelines.

  • Sort, weigh, label, and pack products for distribution.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product compliance.

  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols in the production area.

  • Report defective products or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

  • Meet daily/weekly production targets in coordination with the team.

  • Assist with stock replenishment and packing materials as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of English (spoken and written)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 15 kg

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to factory operations

  • Commitment to punctuality, discipline, and teamwork

  • Positive attitude towards health and safety standards

Experience

Working Hours
