【About The Role】

We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Freelancer to support day-to-day execution across our North America Amazon business (US, CA, MX).

This role is focused on hands-on account support, campaign maintenance, and listing updates—not high-level strategy ownership.

You’ll work closely with the Amazon Marketing Manager and broader team to help keep campaigns running efficiently, listings up to date, and performance on track.

This is a detail-oriented, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in Seller Central and ad platforms.

 

【What You’ll Do】

Listing & Content Management

  • Update and troubleshoot product listings (images, bullets, A+ content)

  • Coordinate uploads for new assets (A+, Brand Story, images)

  • Monitor listings for errors or suppression issues

Promotions & Catalog Management

  • Set up coupons, deals, and basic promotions

  • Create bundles and support catalog updates

  • Track Buy Box ownership and flag issues

Keyword & Market Research

  • Conduct keyword research using Helium 10

  • Support ongoing keyword expansion and optimization

Reporting & Maintenance

  • Pull basic performance reports (ads + listing health)

  • Support pricing and promotions tracking

  • Monitor reviews and flag trends or issues

General Support

  • Submit and manage Seller Central cases

  • Assist with audits (reviews, PDP checks, account health)

  • Support ad hoc projects and testing initiatives

Amazon DSP (Execution Support)

  • Manage daily/weekly budget setup

  • Implement and maintain dayparting schedules based on the provided strategy

  • Upload and manage creative assets across campaigns

  • Launch and pause line items as directed

  • Support frequency cap updates and basic campaign settings changes

 

【 Who You Are 】

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience

  • Experience with Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands campaigns

  • Familiarity with Helium 10 (or similar tools)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Comfortable with fully remote, work-from-home position
