Personal Brand: Daphane Carter + The Limoncello Life

Part-Time | Remote | $400-$600/month

I’m looking for a creative, intuitive content partner to help bring my personal brand and lifestyle brand, The Limoncello Life, to life online with consistency, style, and intention.

This role sits at the intersection of leadership, lifestyle, and storytelling. It is for someone who can capture both executive presence and curated, elevated everyday moments.

About the Brand

My platforms reflect two connected worlds:

Daphane Carter: leadership, workforce development, impact, real-time reflections

The Limoncello Life: lifestyle, hosting, beauty, joy, intentional living, and brand-building

Think: elevated, warm, thoughtful, and real

Scope of Work

Content Creation

Create 4–6 pieces of content per month (mix of reels, carousels, and captions)

Turn voice notes, ideas, and real-life moments into polished, engaging content

Balance both brands while maintaining a cohesive voice

Instagram Management

Post 1–2 times per week

Write captions, select hashtags, and format posts

Maintain a clean, elevated aesthetic

Light Strategy

Recommend monthly content themes across both brands

Identify what is resonating and where to lean in

What Success Looks Like

A consistent, beautiful, and authentic presence on Instagram

Content that feels aligned to both leadership and lifestyle

A growing audience that is engaged and connected to the story

Less day-to-day lift for me, with strong execution from you

What This Role Is Not

Not full social media management

Not daily posting

Not high-production content or heavy editing

Ideal Candidate

Strong eye for aesthetic, tone, and storytelling

Experience with Instagram content (reels, captions, formatting)

Can move between professional and lifestyle content seamlessly

Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction

Bonus if you understand personal branding, hospitality, or luxury/lifestyle content

Compensation

$400-600/month (fixed)
