Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a passionate and innovative Freelance Fashion Designer to collaborate remotely with our global fashion brand partners. This role is ideal for highly creative individuals with a strong sense of style and trend forecasting, who thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. You will be designing cutting-edge collections, working closely with international fashion teams, and helping translate global design visions into standout garments for Indian and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and conceptualize fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes for upcoming collections.

  • Create detailed fashion sketches, digital illustrations, and CADs using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D).

  • Develop mood boards, fabric swatches, and tech packs to present to overseas buyers and in-house teams.

  • Collaborate with global design and merchandising teams to adapt designs to local markets.

  • Ensure designs align with client specifications, brand identity, and seasonal direction.

  • Modify samples based on feedback and supervise sample development virtually with vendors.

  • Stay current with evolving global fashion trends and market needs.

  • Deliver on project timelines with a focus on creativity, precision, and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

  • Strong sketching and digital design capabilities.

  • Proficient in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D, or similar.

  • Exceptional creativity, aesthetic sense, and understanding of garment construction.

  • Good communication skills in English for remote collaboration with international clients.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fashion design (freelance or studio-based).

  • Previous experience designing for international clients or export houses is preferred.

  • Freshers with outstanding portfolios and practical design knowledge may also apply.

Working Hours
