Full Time Talent & Influencer Coordinator (Entry Level)

Mellow Yellow is a creative content studio and advertising agency based in LA. Founded by writer Hong Tsou and photographer Jill Kelly in 2020. We work in any medium, ranging from industrial to web design, but our mission remains constant: create cutting edge content for digital and print.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research new influencers/talent that are on brand for potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and maintain the influencer/talent master file.
  • Negotiating and maintaining partnerships between influencers/talent and the brand.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with influencers that are relevant to both brands.
  • Manage influencers throughout the campaign process, ensuring they are delivering content within brand guidelines as well as meeting defined deliverables.
  • Adhere to a pre-approved influencer budgets and report on ROI.
  • Negotiate influencer rates and execute contracts.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance in real-time to ensure goals are being met.
  • Develop and build upon existing agency relationships to improve sourcing.
  • Collect and disseminate brand assets to influencers to ensure campaign posts adhere to required guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with the digital, social media, PR, marketing and other internal teams across strategies and campaign ideas as well as special projects.

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Existing networks with current influencers and agency contacts, with strong interpersonal skills to build upon and maintain relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure, with a go-getter attitude!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
