Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Design Assistant to support our design and production team in delivering high-quality visual content. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for layout, consistency, and brand guidelines, who enjoys contributing to a variety of design projects across digital and print media. Whether you are working from home or a hybrid setup, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and marketing teams to ensure all designs meet functional and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and editing layouts for marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, eBooks, reports, and brochures.

  • Support in resizing, formatting, and exporting files for various digital and print applications.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver design assets within project timelines.

  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution ensuring accuracy and high-resolution quality.

  • Update and manage design templates and content libraries.

  • Help in adapting master designs into multiple formats and sizes for campaigns.

  • Support in light photo editing and image retouching tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, alignment, and spacing.

  • Basic knowledge of print production standards and digital output formats.

  • Ability to follow design direction and replicate existing design styles.

  • Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward feedback and revisions.

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design or production support role (freelance or agency experience also considered).

  • Freshers with a strong portfolio and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core availability between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

  • Remote-first work model, with optional hybrid days if located near our collaboration hubs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Figma, Canva, or Google Slides is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects while maintaining design accuracy.

  • Understanding of modern branding, digital marketing, and user-centered design.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with asset organization and version control best practices.
