You’ll play a critical role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing our marketing automation tools, and keeping the engine of our demand generation programs running smoothly.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the GTM team to launch and optimize campaigns that create and capture demand, manage marketing CRM/ABM tools, and ensure sales-qualified leads are flowing and converting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you're a growth marketer who thrives on making things happen, loves experimenting, and is performance-driven, this role is for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Campaign Execution: </strong>Collaborate with the CEO and agency partners on campaign planning, development, and execution across email, paid media, webinars, events, and experimental channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Marketing Tech & Operations: </strong>Own the day-to-day management of our marketing stack (Clay, HubSpot, Chili Piper, etc.), ensuring accurate setup, data hygiene, and campaign execution across platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Landing Page & Form Management: </strong>Build and update landing pages, lead forms, and workflows to support campaign launches and lead capture efforts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead Routing & Attribution: </strong>Ensure accurate lead tracking, scoring, and routing to Sales; monitor and troubleshoot issues across the funnel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Email & Nurture Campaigns: </strong>Build and deploy segmented email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle flows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Run Growth Experiments: </strong>Test and iterate across the funnel, from new channels to optimizing our AI strategy, to find what drives results.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance Monitoring: </strong>Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, and flag optimization opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-functional Support: </strong>Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and other Marketing team members to support ABM initiatives and new tool integrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Audience Targeting:</strong> Utilize firmographic, intent, and engagement data from tools like Clay and ZoomInfo to build and maintain segmented account lists for effective outbound and campaign targeting.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand gen or marketing operations role. Experience in e-commerce SaaS is a huge plus. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience across a number of demand generation tactics, including paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, CRO, direct mail, and events</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient in ABM tools, Claude Code, Hubspot, and Clay. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> Analytical mindset; comfortable looking at performance dashboards and making recommendations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li></ul>
