About this role

This role is perfect for you if you love building the machine behind a brand — not just running campaigns, but architecting the full system that gets the right message in front of the right people and turns attention into pipeline. You thrive in small teams where you can see the direct impact of your work.

You’ll wake up every day focused on getting middleman's name out there and filling the pipeline.

  • Full funnel ownership
  • Developing and marketing programs that build the brand and generate inbound
  • Pitching our story to trade press, podcasts, and industry publications to earn coverage and credibility
  • Taking the content our team already produces and distributing it in ways that actually convert
  • Owning our organic presence — developing an SEO strategy that makes sure founders find us when they're searching for a Faire or Klaviyo growth partner, and turning our DTX™ framework into content that ranks
  • Tracking what's working, cutting what isn't, and reporting the metrics that matter

Your closest friends would say you are:

  • A builder — you're never waiting for someone else to hand you the playbook
  • Commercially obsessed — you think about revenue, not just reach
  • A storyteller — you know how to take a complex offer and make it feel urgent and obvious
  • Relentlessly organized — you run systems, not one-offs
  • Detail oriented — send our founder a DM @hypemanken
  • Low ego, high output — you’re outcome driven

You get super excited about:

  • Consumer brands that are doing something genuinely different
  • The moment your work leads to a booked call with a dream-fit client
  • Building something that didn't exist before — a funnel, a program, a press hit
  • Being the person in the room who knows how to get things moving
  • Working directly with a founder who moves fast and gives real ownership

You likely have deep expertise in one or more of these areas:

  • Program or offer marketing for a service business — you've built the go-to-market, not just the content
  • Attracting a pipeline of qualified clients
  • PR and earned media — pitching founders and brands to trade press and podcasts without paying for placement
  • Funnel and conversion marketing — landing pages, nurture sequences, lead magnets
  • Agency growth marketing — you understand how service businesses get clients

The role is full-time, hybrid role in Scottsdale, AZ. Total compensation is $100k+ with competitive salary and significant bonus potential. You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership over outcomes from day one.
