Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home-Based Admin Support professional to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for data organization, strong Excel skills, and professional email communication. You will be responsible for supporting our internal teams with administrative tasks, managing email communication, and maintaining accurate documentation in Excel sheets. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, spreadsheet management, and document organization.

  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, tables, and basic charts).

  • Monitor, read, and respond to internal and client emails professionally and timely.

  • Organize digital files and keep information up to date in cloud storage systems like Google Drive or OneDrive.

  • Provide support in scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, and updating shared calendars.

  • Collaborate remotely with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Assist with compiling information for reports and presentations as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables preferred).

  • Strong command of written English and professional email etiquette.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

  • Comfortable using online communication and productivity tools such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and Zoom.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options:

    • Full-time: 6–8 hours/day

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
