Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven Home-Based Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for female candidates who are looking for a flexible and rewarding work-from-home career in the insurance sector. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of prospective clients and offering tailored insurance solutions that fit their financial goals and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote and sell insurance products

  • Understand clients needs and provide them with suitable insurance plans (life, health, general, etc.)

  • Educate customers on policy coverage, terms, and benefits

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely documentation of all sales activities

  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Attend virtual training and team meetings as required

  • Stay updated with the latest insurance policies, regulations, and product offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Comfortable with using phone, email, and CRM tools for customer interactions

  • Basic understanding of insurance products and industry terminology (training provided)

  • Proficient in MS Office and internet usage

Experience

  • Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, or customer service is highly desirable

  • Freshers with a strong passion for sales and communication skills are welcome to apply

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)

  • Minimum commitment of 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
