Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for enthusiastic, persuasive, and self-driven Home-Based Telesales Executives to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for housewives, return-to-work professionals, and anyone seeking a stable work-from-home opportunity with flexible hours and zero field travel. You will contact warm/leads or prospective customers over the phone, educate them about our products/services, handle objections confidently, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telesales calls to assigned leads/prospects; follow structured sales scripts while personalizing conversations.

  • Clearly articulate product/service features, pricing, promotions, and value propositions.

  • Handle queries, overcome objections, and convert conversations into successful sales or qualified appointments.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, revenue, and other KPIs.

  • Perform timely follow-ups on interested leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with team leaders on campaign feedback, customer insights, and process improvements.

  • Adhere to compliance, quality standards, and call etiquette guidelines at all times.

  • Participate in regular virtual training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages (multilingual ability is a plus).

  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to influence, persuade, and close.

  • Basic computer literacy: ability to use CRM/Google Sheets/Excel, email, and calling tools.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejections and maintain productivity.

  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.

  • A quiet workspace, a reliable computer/laptop, stable broadband internet, and a good-quality headset.

  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer empathy.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of telesales/telecalling/customer service experience (freshers and career returnees are encouraged to apply).

  • Prior experience in BPO, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation will be an advantage but is not mandatory—we provide training.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options: Part-time (4–5 hours/day) or Full-time (8 hours/day).

  • Weekday and weekend shifts available based on campaign needs.

  • Breaks and timings can be adjusted to accommodate household responsibilities (to be agreed upon with your supervisor).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of basic sales techniques: needs analysis, objection handling, and closing.

  • Familiarity with sales funnels, lead stages, and follow-up cadence is helpful.

  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it simply.

  • Time management and self-organization to meet targets in a remote setup.
