Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals; utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automated systems management and troubleshooting.
  • Residential painting, and other handyman tasks to maintain the property's appearance and safety standards.
  • Supervise maintenance projects, coordinate with vendors or contractors when necessary, and oversee team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking repairs, inspections, and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with excellent customer service, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities or building maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
  • Skilled in electrical work, including reading schematics and working with electrical components; familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with welding, residential painting, and general handyman tasks.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics; experience with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques; experience with Ohmmeters for electrical testing is desirable.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
