Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator – Campus Hiring Support to join our growing Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA/PGDM graduates with a keen interest in talent acquisition and campus engagement. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating hiring events, liaising with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing campus hiring drives across colleges and universities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with placement cells, college coordinators, and academic partners.

  • Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, candidate communication, and panel arrangements.

  • Track and maintain candidate data, hiring status, and recruitment dashboards.

  • Support employer branding activities such as campus presentations, career fairs, and online engagement initiatives.

  • Draft job descriptions, mailers, and pre-placement presentation content in alignment with the HR and branding team.

  • Assist in onboarding fresh hires, ensuring documentation and induction processes are completed smoothly.

  • Maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual tools like Zoom/Google Meet.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or Campus Recruitment (Internship experience will be considered).

  • Prior exposure to campus engagement or placement activities during academic tenure is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

  • Occasional weekend work or early starts may be required during peak campus recruitment periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, especially entry-level hiring.

  • Ability to interact effectively with students, college officials, and internal stakeholders.

  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about connecting young talent with career opportunities.
