Intuit is seeking highly skilled and experienced Implementation Experts to join our Customer Success organization, specifically supporting our growing Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) customer base. This is a critical role focused on ensuring our IES customers achieve rapid time-to-value and maximize their investment in Intuit's robust platform. You will be instrumental in transforming our customer onboarding experience from fragmented to frictionless, as outlined in our strategic initiatives. As an IES Implementation Expert, you will be the trusted expert responsible for guiding our complex business customers through the successful setup, configuration, and integration of the Intuit Enterprise Suite. This role requires a deep blend of technical product expertise across the IES ecosystem and a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in multi-entity environments. You will directly impact customer satisfaction, feature utilization, and overall product adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Work closely with IES customers to understand their unique business needs, financial processes, and existing systems to tailor and optimize their IES setup.
  • IES Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of IES, including core accounting, payroll, and payments functionalities. This involves supporting the customer through system configuration, coordinating data migration (simple to complex), and ensuring proper integration with other systems.
  • Implementation Project Management: Successfully manage and prioritize multiple complex customer implementations and engagements simultaneously, ensuring all accounts move toward successful and timely platform adoption
  • Product Expertise & Training: Provide expert guidance and hands-on training to clients and their teams on how to effectively leverage IES features, tools, and reporting capabilities. Address customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Multi-Entity Accounting Specialization: Apply advanced accounting expertise to support the customer through configuring IES for multi-entity companies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and streamlined operations across consolidated entities.
  • Issue Resolution & Orchestration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product support, professional services, sales, CSMs) to resolve complex customer challenges and ensure a seamless onboarding journey. Act as a central point of contact for implementation-related activities.
  • Best Practices & Customization: Advise clients on best practices for using IES and customize settings, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of the IES platform and implementation processes
  • Proactive Solution Sourcing: Demonstrate a tenacious drive to find solutions for complex customer challenges, proactively seeking and developing workarounds or alternatives when standard resolutions are not immediately available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field AND/OR a Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA)  required.
  • This role requires a min of 30 hours per week, working 5 days a week from Monday-Friday.
  • QuickBooks certification(s) preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, with a strong focus on financial software.
  • Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with at least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity companies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
