Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Canva, who is eager to grow in the field of graphic design. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with the senior design and marketing teams to create visuals that align with our brands identity and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, websites, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Work with templates and brand guidelines using Canva and Photoshop.

  • Support the design team with revisions and updates to existing creatives.

  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.

  • Contribute ideas and take creative direction during team brainstorming sessions.

  • Organize and maintain design files and assets systematically.

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and content teams to fulfill graphic requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva is essential.

  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.

  • A portfolio of sample work (can include academic or freelance projects).

  • Ability to take feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Onsite presence is mandatory at our office location.
