We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic hourly Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Duties

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including labor tracking and following local food and health guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to timely and quality food and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a knowledgeable workforce.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding promotions, pricing changes, and product information.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking while ensuring accuracy in pricing.
  • Develop training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and improving overall store performance.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic budgeting principles.
  • Ability to train staff effectively on various operational aspects of the retail environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
