Part-time Lead Pastor, Deltona, FL

We are seeking a Spirit-led, Spanish-speaking Pastor to shepherd and grow our church, Iglesia Roca Viva, with a strong focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) ideal for someone who is either bi-vocational or retired yet deeply committed to ministry and the advancement of the Gospel.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching the Word of God, fostering family-oriented ministry, and equipping believers for leadership. With a heart for evangelism, this Pastor will focus on reaching families in the area of Deltona, FL, and nurturing spiritual growth with the long-term vision of establishing and supporting all ministries within the church.

We are looking for someone who is charismatic in worship, open to the freedom and movement of the Holy Spirit, and who values both the power of God's presence and sound biblical teaching. The Pastor must also be collaborative, communicative, and work closely with the leadership team to build a unified and mission-driven church body.

Above all, this leader must demonstrate a love for God, humility and a heart for people, and a calling to discipline others into maturity in Christ.

Top priorities include:

  • Develop and equip a leadership team
  • Lead evangelism initiatives
  • Establish church structure for sustainable growth
  • Provide spiritual counsel

Qualifications:

  • Meet the basic pastoral requirements established by the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
  • Demonstrate a strong, mature faith in Jesus Christ with a consistent and trustworthy testimony.
  • Have some level of experience serving in a small church setting and/or involvement in church planting.
  • Be able to provide two references from previous pastors or ministry leaders who can speak to their character, ministry experience, and leadership.
