Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively hiring Machine Operators for a leading FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for handling, operating, and maintaining production machinery in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines used in packaging, filling, or processing FMCG products.

  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Load raw materials into the machines and ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the production cycle.

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area in compliance with industry and safety regulations.

  • Record production data and complete daily production logs.

  • Work closely with shift supervisors and quality control teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).

  • Basic understanding of mechanical or automated machinery.

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or technical manuals.

  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours during shifts.

  • Basic arithmetic and documentation skills.

  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Experience

  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing environment.

  • Prior experience with machine operations or factory work is an added advantage but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts (8 to 10 hours per shift).

  • 6 days working with one weekly off (shift-based schedule).

  • Overtime available as per production demand (paid extra).

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a high-speed production environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
