Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as the NPI project manager works closely with teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.<br><br>Parallel to new development, the NPI group also sustains legacy products, monitoring component changes, implementing engineering updates, and collaborating with quality to address issues and maintain reliability over the long term.<br><br>Throughout the entire NPI lifecycle, clear communication, data-driven decisions, and a commitment to continuous improvement are critical to successfully bringing innovative products to market and maintaining a competitive edge.<br><br>Within the NPI team, you will have the opportunity to work on all business related projects relating to Manufacturing.
