SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Delhi NCR region. This part-time morning shift opportunity is ideal for freshers or individuals seeking flexible work hours. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative functions, organizing office operations, and maintaining a smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk tasks including receiving calls, handling visitors, and maintaining office logs.

  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining documents.

  • Coordinate internal communication and relay messages promptly.

  • Monitor and restock office supplies and stationery.

  • Support daily data entry and report generation.

  • Help in scheduling appointments, meetings, and basic correspondence.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.

  • Provide general assistance to staff and departments as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass or currently pursuing a graduate course.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and email usage).
