The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Catalog Manager to oversee and maintain the companys digital product catalogs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain the companys online product catalog across multiple digital platforms and marketplaces.

  • Ensure product information (descriptions, images, prices, specifications) is accurate, consistent, and optimized for SEO and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to gather product data and launch new items effectively.

  • Monitor and resolve catalog discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and product listing errors promptly.

  • Conduct regular audits of the catalog to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.

  • Analyze catalog performance metrics and customer feedback to suggest improvements and drive higher conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital merchandising tools, and competitor catalog strategies.

  • Support the implementation of new catalog management software and processes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing online product catalogs, ideally within e-commerce or retail sectors.

  • Proficiency with catalog management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.), and data entry tools.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles related to product listings and digital content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
