Job Summary

The Elite Job is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support services to our customers through digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, friendly, and effective support.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system issues, suggest solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with care and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).

  • Fast typing speed with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
