Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events including webinars, conferences, workshops, and product launches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all technical and logistical aspects are addressed.

  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and provide live technical support during events.

  • Monitor virtual event platforms to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

  • Assist in the development and distribution of event marketing materials and post-event surveys.

  • Analyze event performance data and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.

  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Hopin.
