We are hiring Online Transcriptionists to join our remote team. If you have good listening skills and attention to detail, this flexible work-from-home opportunity is ideal. Transcription work involves converting audio or video recordings into written text, and you can work anytime, from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to recorded audio files and accurately type them into written text

  • Identify speakers and format transcripts according to company guidelines

  • Review and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Label audio segments with correct timestamps (if required)

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Good command of English (listening and writing)

  • Basic typing skills (minimum 40 wpm recommended)

  • Ability to follow formatting rules and instructions

  • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop or PC

  • Prior transcription experience is a plus but not mandatory

  • Familiarity with transcription tools (like Express Scribe or oTranscribe) is helpful
