Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, structured, and interactive online lessons in English, Math, or Science to students aged 6–16.

  • Customize teaching materials to align with different learning levels and academic curricula (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, etc.).

  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

  • Maintain classroom discipline in a virtual environment and promote a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere.

  • Use technology platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and digital whiteboards for effective instruction.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated with best practices and educational tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a relevant field.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online teaching tools.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver structured content remotely.

  • Only female candidates are eligible for this position.

Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm are welcome).

  • Previous online tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a preference for availability during afternoons and evenings (IST) and weekends.

  • Minimum commitment of 3–4 hours per day, depending on your schedule and student demand.

  • Weekend-only options are also available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong foundational knowledge in your subject of expertise (English, Math, or Science).

  • Ability to simplify complex topics and foster interactive learning.

  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability to accommodate varied student learning styles.
