Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Evening Receptionist to manage front desk operations during evening hours. This role is ideal for college students, individuals looking for a second job, or professionals seeking a flexible part-time opportunity. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will represent our companys professional image and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

  • Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor logs

  • Monitor office entry/exit and ensure security protocols are followed

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and messages

  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and record maintenance

  • Coordinate with daytime staff for smooth handover of operational updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in college/university

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

  • Freshers are welcome and will be trained on the job

Working Hours

  • Part-time evening shift:
    Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    (Occasional Saturday availability may be requested)
