Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is actively seeking enthusiastic and driven students to join our team as Part-Time Telecallers (Work From Home). This is a fantastic opportunity for college students who want to gain real-world experience in communication, customer handling, and basic sales while balancing their studies. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in interacting with potential clients, explaining our services, and maintaining records – all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided database.

  • Provide information about our consultancy services in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately.

  • Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into clients.

  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times.

  • Achieve weekly calling targets and report performance regularly.

  • Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (any stream).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Basic computer and internet skills.

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging in conversations.

  • Self-disciplined and reliable with the ability to work independently.

  • Own a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.

Experience

  • No prior experience required.

Working Hours

  • 2 to 4 hours per day (flexible scheduling available).

  • Choose your own working hours based on your academic schedule.

  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
