We take pride in all our partners modeling and acting in accordance with the Starbucks guiding principles, and as a PRO Business Partner Sr., you will be a leader in this space. <br><br><strong>The role will be supporting the mid America market region company stores and includes the following states Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, North and South Dakota, Arkansas, Minnesota and parts of Illinois and will require local and monthly regional market (planned) travel.</strong> <br><br><strong>As a partner resources, business partner sr., you will...</strong><br>• <b>Collaborate - </b>Partner with your Partner Resources leader, specialist teams and cross- functional teams to ensure clients' organizational needs are met and assist in the development of strategic programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition partners to ensure that Starbucks attracts high-quality diverse partners who will contribute to our long-term success and partner with Operations leaders<br>• <b>Serve as an advocate - </b>Solicit and listen to partners' concerns and take an active role in resolving problems. Provide information, or facilitate partners' ability to obtain information, about benefits, compensation, training and other Partner Resources programs and services.<br>• <b>Support - </b>Implement Partner Resources strategic plans, tactics and projects. Integrate company-wide Partner Resources strategic plans, projects and objectives into client business units, departments and regions.<br>• <b>Influence - </b>Provide consultation and support to managers on partner relations issues and applicable company policies and international employment laws.
