and chronic illness practitioners.</strong></p><p><u><strong>The Opportunity</strong></u></p><p>We are hiring a <strong>Practitioner Growth Lead</strong> to develop and grow practitioner referral networks in priority markets.</p><p>This is a territory-building, revenue-driving role with clear ownership.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Build relationships with practitioners in your region</li><li>Activate and grow referral pathways</li><li>Drive localized inspection volume through trusted relationships</li><li>Maintain and deepen high-performing relationships</li><li>Work communication with referring practitioners</li><li>Reinforce trust and clarity around our process</li><li>Grow long-term, high-quality referral relationships</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks patient outcomes often extend beyond the clinic, and you’re motivated by helping practitioners solve complex cases.</p><p>You likely come from backgrounds such as:</p><ul><li>Worked inside or alongside a clinic focused on chronic illness, integrative care, concierge medicine, or performance/optimization health</li><li>Sold specialty lab testing, health services, or programs into practitioner offices</li><li>Practice development or growth roles within healthcare environments</li></ul><p>You have:</p><ul><li>Experience building relationships with healthcare practitioners</li><li>Exposure to chronic illness, environmental health, or root-cause care models</li><li>Experience driving referrals, not just closing one-time transactions</li></ul><p><strong>You
