Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and creative Presentation Designer – PowerPoint / Keynote Slide Specialist to craft compelling visual stories through polished and professional presentation decks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, leadership, and product—to transform complex information into visually engaging and brand-consistent presentations. If you have a flair for visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and visual tools, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, format, and enhance presentation slides using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides to align with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with teams to understand messaging goals and translate them into engaging visual narratives.

  • Create templates and reusable design assets to ensure brand consistency and productivity across teams.

  • Turn raw content, charts, and data into intuitive and attractive visual content.

  • Work under tight deadlines, managing multiple presentations simultaneously with high attention to detail.

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and deliver final outputs in required formats for various platforms (screen, print, webinars, etc.).

  • Maintain a library of graphic elements, stock images, icons, and fonts for ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent communication skills to grasp abstract ideas and present visual concepts.

  • High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar visual communication role.

  • Portfolio showcasing a range of corporate or brand-aligned presentation designs is required.

  • Experience working with global or enterprise-level clients is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule with the option to choose between full-time and part-time roles.

  • Core collaboration hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

  • Occasional evening availability for time-sensitive projects or international clients may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of branding, visual storytelling, and digital design trends.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments without compromising quality.

  • Strong adaptability to changing feedback and revision cycles.

  • Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or corporate communication is a bonus.
