Reporting directly to the VP of Global Technical Services for Cortex & Cloud, this role will help modernize Professional Services and Customer Success frameworks to drive product adoption, technical scalability, operational transformation, and continuous customer value realization.</span></p><p><span>This role requires a first-principles mindset and the ability to challenge conventional service delivery models by bridging the gap between “Product Shipped” and “Business Value Realized.” The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, AI-forward innovation, and cross-functional influence to help evolve Technical Services into a scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled organization.</span></p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p><span>Act as a catalyst for transformative change, applying strategic thinking to evolve Professional Services and Customer Success into AI-first delivery models.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and build scalable, profitable service offerings for Cortex and Cloud, leveraging AI-powered solutions to assess market opportunities and business viability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Modernize service frameworks to align with emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and the evolving AI landscape within cybersecurity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own the lifecycle of the Cortex and Cloud services portfolio, from concept through global launch, using data-driven insights to guide roadmap priorities and service evolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop comprehensive business cases for new Professional Services and Customer Success initiatives, including pricing strategy, operational considerations, and competitive analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate proactively with Product and Engineering teams to align the services roadmap with upcoming Cortex and Cloud product releases, ensuring service readiness and continued market relevance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead end-to-end service introduction initiatives, securing alignment from senior leadership and influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Product Marketing to develop customer-facing collateral and internal enablement materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of Cortex and Cloud services.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and monitor key success metrics (KPIs), including customer adoption, Time-to-Value (TTV), scalability, and operational effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize service offerings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help drive the evolution of Technical Services from traditional fixed-cost delivery models toward scalable, AI-enabled operational frameworks augmented by strategic human expertise.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p><span>12+ years of experience in strategic orchestration, enterprise program governance, business transformation, or executive advisory roles within high-growth software, cloud, or cybersecurity organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 7 years of experience within Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Services, or post-sales organizations, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale service portfolios, strategic programs, or operational initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformations, modernizing traditional service delivery organizations into scalable, digital-first operating models.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience designing, scaling, or modernizing AI-enabled service delivery models, customer success frameworks, or operational transformation initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong executive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategic initiatives into actionable plans for technical and non-technical audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of architecting or leading the successful transformation of a Professional Services or Customer Success function within a top-tier cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, market trends, competitive dynamics, and AI-driven transformation within enterprise technology services.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong proficiency leveraging data-driven insights to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimize global service portfolios.</span></p></li></ul><p><br><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Familiarity with the Cortex and Cloud Security ecosystems. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compensation Disclosure</b></p><p></p><p>The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
